   Targeting Resistance to Maximize Training Efficiency

  • Identify the area to be trained.

  • Align the body in the most efficient manner to match the desired path of motion for the movement to be performed.

  • Make note of the range of movement in which the resistance will be encountered.

  • Be aware of the working muscles in terms of their location and respected movements for which they are responsible.
