  • "I have been working with Dawn Skelton from Body Energy for one year. I am in my late 40's (again!) and wanted to get into shape. I did not diet and did not lose weight but did I changed my body totally. I now have less cellulite in my legs because I have muscles instead of fat. My arms are less flabby (I can actually see definition and even better so can others!). While I worked out with Dawn once a week I was motivated to work out on my own during the week. In June I ran my first race, the Race for the Cure a 5K race (I finished in 40 minutes!). I did not think I would ever run again after having two children and knee surgery but Dawn inspired me and we took it real slow. I started out at one minute intervals. That was the thing about Dawn she did not push me to do too much but I was determined to go the extra mile and she did encourage me."
