Lee Dickey is PADI Certified Open Water Scuba Instructor with current teaching status. He teaches courses from beginner through Divemaster. He has several years experience working with diving students. He teaches regular scheduled classes as well as personal classes. He is patient and encopuraging as students learn the underwater environment. He dives for personal rest and recreation at the same places students would desire to dive at.

He is Certified by DAN (Divers Alert Network at Duke University) as an Oxygen First Aid Provider Instructor for Scuba Diving with 2002 teaching status.

He is a Certified BLS (Basic Life Support) Instructor with the American Heart Association. He teaches CPR, First Aid, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) classes at Anne Arundel Community College.

He is a former Navy Chief Petty Officer qualified in Nuclear Submarines with almost 12 years active duty. he has several years experience teaching Guided Missle Systems. Also other specialized military activities, leadership, and instructor duties.

He is an Electronic System Engineer with one of the worlds largest companies. He holds several patents and copyrights.
