Keith Dickey has an extensive background in fitness as a former
Marine Corps Sergeant, competitive body builder, power lifter, and
now, an amateur Strong Man competitor. He has certifications with
the NSPA, AFAA, and he also has an A.A. degree in Exercise Science
from Montgomery College. Keith has experience with post rehabilitation,
sports conditioning, weight management and overall fitness. He has
worked in various fitness settings from corporate and commercial
fitness centers to private homes.
For the past 20 years, Keith has committed himself to his own
fitness regime and has been a personal trainer/exercise physiologist
for
the last 10 years. Founder and President of Body Energy, Keith
is a real motivator. His hobbies include golf, martial arts (Bando),
and, of course, weight training.
