John has been a personal trainer for over 6 years and has been exercising for over 30 years. In 1996 he received his certification from the National Sports Performance Association and has been training clients in a local gym in Olney. John is also employed with the Federal government as a Financial Officer for nearly 26 years. He is currently conducting two Morning Training Camps, one at the gym in Olney and the other at his office in Rockville.

On a personal note, John is 50 years old, married, has two children and resides in Olney. He received a Bachelors degree in accounting at Wilkes College, Wilkes-Barre, PA and moved to this area in 1974 to accept a government job. His hobbies include exercising, of course, fresh-water fishing, gardening and restoring classic cars and trucks. He has restored a 1957 Chevy Bel Air, a 1969 Chevy Camaro and a 1955 Chevy truck street rod.
