Dawn Skelton has been in the fitness industry since 1991. She was certified with AFFA and got her first start as an aerobics instructor. After she graduated college she remained in the fitness industry and obtained a certification through ACSM. This certification allowed her to teach group exercise as well as one on one personal training. She then got married and moved to Athens, GA where she became general manager of Ladies First Fitness health clubs. There she was responsible for sales, teaching, and personal training. Her and her husband then moved to Maryland where she became Director of Training at Fitness First in Olney. She was responsible for training new members that joined the club, hiring, and training staff. Now she does one on one personal training for Body Energy and has a wonderful clientele.
