All athletes strive to be a little stronger, a little faster, knowing that this edge in ability leads them ever closer to realizing their ultimate potential. A sports conditioning program, carefully designed by the Body Energy staff, will help you achieve optimal results. Focus is in increasing stamina, whole body conditioning, and physical preparation for amateur and professional athletes.

Sprint Training:

  • $70 per one-hour session
  • $65 per one-hour session for a pre-paid package of twelve—$780 total (a savings of $60)

Total Sports Conditioning:

  • $1500 for 30 sessions in 6 weeks
    • 3 times per week strength training
    • 2 times per week conditioning/agility training
  • A great program for off-season and pre-season, especially!

Golf Conditioning:

  • $150 per six weeks (one one-hour class per week; a total of six classes AND a 1/2 hour lesson with a golf professional from Argyle Country Club)

Tennis Conditioning:

  • $150 per six weeks (one one-hour class per week; a total of six classes AND training with a tennis professional from Argyle Country Club)
