A vigorous and challenging workout, the Morning
Training Camp is designed to increase stamina and endurance,
and build muscle. Group sessions are coed. Join up, shape up, and
get motivated like never before!
The
Morning Training Camp was developed
by the owner, Keith Dickey, an actual former Marine Corps sergeant.
Not a wanna-be program, but an actual program formatted to provide
civilians with the taste of what hard training is all about. He
has taken the knowledge as a personal trainer and combined it with
the hardened format of the Armed Forces and created the Morning
Training Camp.
You will learn to have pride in yourself and become more fit by
doing pushups, situps, crunches, along with other calisthenics,
1-3 mile runs, and sport specific drills such as agility drills
and plyometrics. Remember its "survival of the fittest"
in this fast paced world of the 21st century let's see if you have
what it takes!
- $145 per six weeks (two one-hour workouts per week; a total
of twelve workouts)
