Women do not ask for someone to attack them, nor do they deserve to be attacked. Basic Enforcement Against Threats (B.E.A.T) was developed to provide combative training for women who want to limit their chances of falling victim to physical confrontation. This training is offered not only in form of physical techniques and exercises, but also mental techniques that will assist women avoid attacks.

B.E.A.T is a uniquely designed form of self-awareness training that offers women effective ways to protect themselves against multiple threats. It is not neccsarily an assemblage of marital arts classes, but several specific courses designed to assist women identify threats and learn how to combat physical confrontations with justifiable use of force.
